I can't help you out with where to watch it (and i'm not even sure it'sbeen made into an anime or if it's just manga). It's called Dark Metro.Dark Metro is a celloction of short stories about different people's experiences with the haunted subways of Tokyo. I've only read th first book, but the way it treats ghost is a lot closer to that of The Grudge rather than most other things. So, it'll be like someone and the ghosts like know how to tap your darkest secrets and use them against you and things like that.Good luck finding it online, and if you do, PLEASE let me know.
